World-renowned Crystal Cruises has announced details and revealed images of the most extensive redesign in Crystal Serenity’s history. Later this year, the ship will enter a dry dock for a three-week refurbishment that reflects the dramatic changes that debuted last year aboard Crystal Symphony. The award-winning ship will see a transformation of accommodations, dining options, technological advancements and public spaces.
Crystal Serenity will receive new Penthouses and new Penthouse Suites which will offer Crystal’s acclaimed personal butler service, walk-in closets, spa-like bathrooms and spacious square footage as the current Penthouses onboard. Kudos is responsible for the interior design of all 36 Penthouses, 2 Penthouse Suites and corridors. The transformation will reduce the ship’s capacity from 1,070 guests to 980 guests but the number of crew on board will remain the same.
